Camfrog

Camfrog has been around since 2003 and occupies an unusual position in the cam space: it’s primarily a community video chat tool with public rooms that users create and run, some of which are explicitly adult. The format is closer to old-school internet chat rooms than to a broadcast-first cam site, so the dynamic is different from Chaturbate or Stripchat.

The adult rooms operate without the tip-goal mechanics typical of performer-focused sites, which gives the experience a less commercial edge but also less predictability in what you’ll find. It installs as a desktop application as well as running in browser, and the user base skews older given its age. Worth knowing about if you prefer community-room formats over solo performer broadcasts, but it’s genuinely different from the mainstream cam platforms.
