ChatZoZo is a free adult chat community made of themed rooms, plus a one-to-one random video roulette. The people on camera are other visitors, not paid performers. The site says it is open 24/7 with no registration: you pick a room, choose a nickname and you are in. It is built for text, voice and webcam chat with strangers, in English in its main rooms and in country and language rooms for the rest, and the site says it is free "for as long as you want to stay".
What you get and how the money works
The site's idea, in its own words, is that "you should be able to open a page and be talking to somebody thirty seconds later. There is no registration wall, no email confirmation and no download." Every room works as a guest, voice and video included. Registering is optional: the site says it reserves your nickname and carries your badges and settings between visits. The three steps it gives are to pick a room, enter any nickname and confirm you are 18+, and say hello, moving to a private window when it suits you.
Cam to cam. The video chat room is described as "the cam-first room. Everyone here is set up for video, so you can go cam-to-cam in public or take it to a private window without asking around first." That is the site's cam-to-cam offer: a room where webcams are the point, with private windows one click away. Camera use elsewhere is optional. The sex chat page says "Turning your camera on is always optional", that "plenty of regulars only ever use text", and that nobody is required to broadcast to take part.
Random video chat. Roulette chat is described as "Random video chat, one to one. Click connect and you are paired with a stranger; if it is not going anywhere, skip and you get the next person. No rooms, no browsing, no waiting." The site also points visitors to random chat when the sex chat room is quiet.
The main rooms. Sex Chat is "our main adult room, and the busiest one on the site", built for open group chat, with real-time webcam, voice and text. The sex chat page says conversations run from films, music and games through to sexting, relationships and personal experience, and that you set your own pace and limits. Adult Chat is a general room for grown-up conversation, "less focused than the main sex chat room and usually a slower, more talkative crowd". Couples Chat is for couples chatting together and for singles who want to talk to them, at a slower and more conversational pace. Roleplay Chat is "text-led and story-driven", with scenes that run for an evening or carry on across weeks with the same partner. BDSM Chat is labeled "Consent first" and is described as kink and fetish talk between adults who take consent seriously, used by dominants, submissives, switches "and the plainly curious".
Gay cams. The site has a Gay Chat room, "a room for gay and bi men, with the moderation to keep it that way. Text, voice and cam, free and without registration." Beside it sits a Lesbian Chat room, described as women-only, for lesbian and bi women, and "moderated more tightly than the rest of the site precisely because rooms like this attract people who were not invited." On the room grid the gay room carries an LGBTQ+ label and the lesbian room a "Women only" label.
Language and country rooms. The site says these carry "as much of the site as the topic ones". It describes them as moderated by people who speak the language. The room grid says "27 country rooms", while the sections about language rooms say "Twenty-two" country and language rooms, and the list names Indian, UK, Canadian, Australian, Arab, Brazilian, Bulgarian, Czech, Chinese, French, German, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Latino, Malaysian, Sri Lankan, Pakistani, Filipino, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, South African, Swedish, Swiss and Vietnamese chat. The two figures do not match. It adds that Indian chat is the largest section, with 7 language rooms and 11 city rooms of its own, and that German chat is the biggest in Europe. Each regional room has its own crowd and its own busy hours. The FAQ says English is the language of the main rooms (sex chat, adult chat, video chat and the LGBTQ rooms), while in the country rooms "nobody will ask you to switch" away from your own language.
Private windows, devices and extras. Anything more private moves to a pop-up private chat, and you can run several private windows at once. Video runs over WebRTC in the browser, peer-to-peer, with nothing to install, on current Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, on desktop, Android and iOS. The site says there is no app, and on iPhone suggests opening the site in Safari itself, because in-app browsers usually block camera access. A voice-only mode keeps a conversation going when the signal will not carry video, and the features list promises unlimited voice messages. Chat supports emojis, Giphy search and YouTube links that play inline. Adult images are allowed in public and private windows between adults; illegal, violent or abusive imagery is not. Beyond the rooms the site runs a forum it says has "thousands of members", a blog and a guide to chat abbreviations, and registered users collect badges and user levels.
Moderation. Every room is covered by moderators and administrators at all hours. Harassment, spam and advertising get you removed, and the sex chat page says the under-18 rule is enforced with an immediate permanent ban, "no warnings and no appeals", plus a report to the authorities. The short rules also ban advertising, links and sharing anyone's personal details, your own included. Declining a private chat or cam request is final, and you can report anyone who ignores that.
The figures from the pages
- Cost: free. "Text, voice and video in the public rooms and in private chat are all free."
- VIP membership: described as optional, adding "cosmetic and convenience features". No price is published.
- Registration: not required; free to skip.
- Minimum age: 18. The FAQ says accounts of anyone under that age are "removed on sight and reported".
- Rooms: "27 country rooms" on the room grid, "Twenty-two" in the language sections, which then list 27 by name.
- Forum: "thousands of members", the site's own claim.
No paywall is described for chat, voice or video, public or private. The only paid item named is the optional VIP membership, and the site does not publish its price. No tokens, tips or paid shows appear anywhere.
Who it suits and who it does not
ChatZoZo suits an adult who wants a free, no-signup place to talk, with a choice of rooms rather than one undifferentiated feed. A viewer who wants a cam-first room, a one-to-one roulette, a room for gay and bi men, a women-only lesbian room, or a room in their own language will find each named. People who prefer text will not be pushed onto camera.
It does not suit anyone looking for professional performers, tipping or paid private shows. The pages describe none, and say little about the VIP tier. Its safety tips are blunt and worth heeding: never send money, keep your real name, address and workplace to yourself, and assume anything on cam can be recorded. The room counts differ between the site's own sections, so a visitor should browse the grid rather than rely on a number.
