What It Is

Mynx is a pay-to-contact marketplace where fans reach adult performers directly by message, phone call or video call. Its page title reads "Sext and Video Chat with Real Porn Stars," and the homepage line under the logo says "Connect 1-on-1 with the top adult content creators in the world!" It is not a public cam room. Performers are paid for private conversations and paid content, not for broadcasting to a crowd. Joining as a fan is free: the homepage carries a "Join for FREE" button and a signup box that asks only for an email address, and signing up creates an account under the site's Terms and Privacy Policy. The performers are a selected group rather than open sign-ups, which shapes the whole product and is covered below.

What You Get and How the Money Works

The fan-facing offer is a list of ways to contact a performer. The homepage names Direct Messages, Phone Sex, Video Calls, Picture Messages, Video Messages and Voice Messages. A signup panel repeats it as a feature set: "Chat directly with your favorite models," "Exchange pictures, videos, and voice notes" and "1-on-1 phone and video call experiences," plus paid exclusive content in the Explore feed. A second panel under "Join Now for FREE" promises "1-on-1 personal connections" and "Guaranteed responses or your money back."

The navigation shows how the roster is browsed. There are tabs for Online Now, Phone Sex, Video Calls, Trending, New Models and Explore, and the homepage sections follow them: who is online now, the trending models, performers available for phone sex, performers available for video calls, and a feed of trending posts. A visitor can therefore filter by who is online, by whether a performer takes phone calls or video calls, by who is new, or by what is popular. The section pages describe themselves in their own words: the online page says "Hundreds of porn stars are online now waiting to chat with you!", the video call page promises "verified porn stars and cam girls for live video sex chat," and the new models page invites fans to pick a performer and text them.

The money flows are easiest to read from the model application page, which describes how performers earn. These are the performer's channels, and they show a fan exactly what is being sold.

Messages. The application page tells performers they "get paid every time you receive a message," across text, audio, picture and video messages, and sums it up as "Every message is money in your pocket." On the fan side that means messaging is a paid product, not a free inbox.

Live calls. Performers "set your rate per minute for phone calls and video calls with a minimum call time." The rate and the minimum length of a call are decided by each performer, so two performers on the same site can charge differently for the same length of call.

Locked posts. Performers can sell locked content "via messages, on your profile, or on the Explore feed." A fan sees a locked item, pays, and gets it. This is the clip-and-photo side of the platform beside the live calls, and the Explore feed is where most of it shows.

Tips. The application page lists "Earn extra money from Tips" as a fourth stream, so a fan can pay a performer outside a call or a purchase.

Calls are optional for the performer. The FAQ answers "Do I have to take calls?" with "No, you can turn the call features off if you're not comfortable taking live calls." That is why the homepage keeps separate lists of performers available for phone sex and for video calls: some take messages only, and a fan who wants a call should browse those two lists rather than the general roster.

The fan-side guarantee is the site's headline reassurance: "Guaranteed responses or your money back." It targets the usual worry on message-based platforms, paying for a message that goes unanswered.

Apps. The application page says performers can earn "via the iOS and Android apps," so the platform runs on phones as well as in the browser.

Rules. The FAQ notes that eligibility does not override the Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct, and links an Acceptable Use Policy. The footer also links a CCPA notice and an 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping compliance statement.

Figures from the Pages

The site does not publish what a fan pays per message, per minute of a call or per locked post. What the site does settle about cost: joining is free, each performer sets her own per-minute rate with a minimum call time, tips and paid locked posts sit beside the calls, and responses carry a money-back promise. The paywall therefore sits at the first message or call, not at signup.

On the performer side the site is specific, and the figures describe who a fan will meet. Eligibility, in the FAQ's words: "Female creators with over 100k+ followers on X or Instagram and have shot with a mainstream adult production studio." In other words, the roster is women with a large social following and studio credits, not first-time amateurs. On earnings, the FAQ says its highest earners make over $50k+ per month, a claim about the top of the roster rather than an average. Applications are "reviewed every day by real humans," and an approved applicant "should hear from us within 1-2 business days."

The site lists what it offers performers: chargeback protection ("we protect your earnings against fraud"), a US-based support team, "White-glove Support from Day One," 1-on-1 coaching with a Model Coach, live monthly webinars, a referral income stream and access to mental health resources through Pineapple Support and Sunshine Wellness. It also claims performers can "Get discovered by millions of new potential fans," which is the site's own reach claim. The application page carries "Featured in" and "Trusted by the Industry's Top Performers" banners.

Who It Suits and Who It Does Not

Mynx suits a fan who wants a direct, one-to-one line to a known adult performer, whether by text, voice note, phone call or video call, and who prefers paying for that contact over watching a public stream. The money-back promise on responses is aimed at the fan who has paid for silence elsewhere. The trending posts feed and the Explore tab suit someone who wants to see what performers post before spending anything, and the separate phone and video lists save time for a fan who wants a call rather than a text exchange.

It does not suit anyone looking for free public cam rooms, group shows or tipping in a crowded chat room, since none of that exists here. The biggest caveat is cost: each performer sets her own call rate, and the site does not publish message prices or how a fan pays, so the price of a first message or call only shows once you are inside. The roster is also narrow by design. Its eligibility rules admit only women with a 100k+ following on X or Instagram and mainstream studio work, so men, trans performers, couples and newer independent creators are not part of the offer.
